We aim to ship all in-stock frames within 2 business days. Here's what you can expect:
Shipping Options
USPS Ground Advantage: Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping takes 4-6 business days, and this option is available to anywhere in the United States.
USPS Priority: Need your order a little faster? Choose USPS Priority for $17.99, with an in-transit time of 2-3 business days. This option is available for addresses within the United States.
UPS Ground: For $19.99, UPS Ground offers delivery in 1-5 business days, and is available for addresses in the United States.

Shipping Policy for Canadian Accounts
At Luminous Optical, we’re committed to making it as simple as possible for our Canadian partners to receive their eyewear orders. Below is an overview of how shipping works for Canadian accounts.
Duties & Taxes (DDU vs. DDP)
Currently, all shipments to Canada are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning additional duties, taxes, or brokerage fees may be required upon delivery. We are actively working on obtaining the necessary certifications to ship under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), which will simplify the process by including duties and taxes upfront. Stay tuned for updates on this improvement!
Order Minimums
To help offset higher international shipping costs, we recommend a 3-frame minimum purchase for Canadian orders.

USPS First Class International → Canada Post

Standard delivery time: 7–14 business days.
FedEx International Connect Plus
Ideal for higher-volume orders OR when faster delivery is needed.

In-transit time: 2–7 business days.
